TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH THE NEW ORLEANS JAZZ & BLUES MARKET BOX OFFICE

A facility fee is added to each ticket purchased. Like other organizations, these fees are used to help offset the costs of operating the box office as well as continuing to improve the facility. The service fee is waived if tickets are purchased at the box office window or through the box office phone service.

In Louisiana, reselling legitimate tickets is legal. Tickets sold by resellers or brokers, including many online websites, often have substantial service fees and/or markup to the original price, resulting in prices that are significantly higher than face value. Additionally, when you purchase your tickets from anyone other than the Box Office at the New Orleans Jazz and Blues Market, the Box Office cannot vouch for the seller’s credibility or the ticket’s authenticity. The most reliable way to purchase legitimate tickets at face value is to always begin your search on our website at https://jazzandbluesmarket.com/events/ and/or by calling the box office.

Ticketmaster provides the option of reselling your ticket as a Verified Resale Ticket but only if you purchased your tickets online at Ticketmaster.com. Please note that not every event is enabled for resale. How to resell your tickets through Ticketmaster.

  • If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and the Event Organizer has enabled resale for your event, you can list your tickets from your account or enter your ticket barcode.
